A hall with an office building located at ul. Zadębie 55 in Lublin – the first stage of the investment.
A warehouse building with a usable area of approx. 4,000 m2 adjacent to an office building consisting of two floors:
Ground floor – 220 m2, first floor – 220 m2
Six gates and two docks have been designed in the warehouse part. It is possible to increase the number of docks to four.
In the office part, a supply and exhaust ventilation system was designed based on a ventilation unit ensuring a constant supply and exchange of air.
The VRV type air-conditioning system equipped with energy cost accounting will be used to heat and cool the rooms.
The 50 kW photovoltaic installation will guarantee low energy consumption, and the CCTV monitoring system will ensure the safety of the facility.
It is possible to rent part of the hall or office building.
At the current stage, it is possible to adapt the building to the individual needs of the landlord.
